Cardio Sculpt ~ A great metabolism booster integrating a cardio workout with strength training. The perfect split of floor aerobics and resistance training (free weights, resistance bands, balls). An extremely creative workout. Dance to the Music!

Core & More ~ Core exercises are those that use your trunk without support. These exercises strengthen and train your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability. Improving posture and balance while defining muscles.
Monday 10:30am - 11:30am
Deep Stretch ~Flexibility training is important because of the role it plays in improving movement performance and reducing the opportunity for injury. Strong joints require less energy to move through a greater range of motion. Come on in for a challenging yet relaxing workout.

Senior Sneakers ~ A strengthening and conditioning class using a chair. Seated exercises designed to target our mature adults as well as members with special needs. This class helps to stay healthy and independent. Beware: may be more challenging than you think.
Monday & Thursday 12:00noon - 1:00pm
Strengthen & Flexibility ~ Balance, resistance training, flexibility exercises and overall stability. Exercises that focus on postural equilibrium and muscular range of motion. No cardio, this class is more about developing strength. Grace meets athleticism!
Thursday 10:30am - 11:30am
Total Body Conditioning ~ An awesome, fat burning, resistance training class taught to music. No steps, no dancing. Sculpt, balance body composition, get tight! Pure strength, stamina, metabolism. This will change the shape of your body.
